Piccolo

This is our standard hardware package, consisting of our media processing server (pictured right) and three BT-200 hard VoIP telephones, and one GXP-2000 VoIP telephone with extra lines and a large display for the receptionist. The price also includes installation and basic configuration of up to four extensions. Everything a small business needs to get up and running. Extra phones and customisation are available for an additional cost.

Piccolo Plus package

Piccolo plus has additional features and a support package for medium sized enterprise. Particularly for organisations which have more than one office, Piccolo plus offers you free inter-office calls and multi-site corporate directory capability. The package also includes customised features and configuration of the business's individual key requirements.

The Piccolo plus package has the capability for a business to choose exactly what features best meet its needs and integrates with its existing business applications. Business hours support by phone and business hours on-site support are built-in to this package with the provision for up to fifty registered extensions.

Additional levels of Technical Support are also available. As new versions and upgrades to your existing selected features become available, they will be supplied and installed for free! Total cost of the Piccolo system is not fixed and we will be happy to provide a quote based on the functionality and features you need.

Piccolo Platinum Package

Our complete and custom-developed solution for businesses who have specific needs and specialist call-handling requirements. The Piccolo platinum solution includes all the features of our other systems and adds even more options for customisation. Costing will vary with features and level of integration with existing network structure. Database integration, email configuration and one-off customisation all come under this feature as standard. Support and service contracts are available for all our solutions. This solution offers 24hours on-site and telephone support as part and parcel. Total cost on a per quote basis only.
