Now that business VoIP is reaching the mainstream of telephony in Australia, the fear associated with business VoIP is starting to be alleviated. With the beginning of the removal of the fear associated with business VoIP we can start to really see the benefits that it can bring to a business. Business VoIP was not so long ago the stuff of multi-national companies, and even then they were using their business VoIP systems internally only. Now we are starting to see business VoIP systems used outside of company premises to give massive business VoIP cost savings. Once a business uses VoIP to make outside calls, business VoIP users will see a reduction in call costs of about fifty percent. This along with the functionality that comes from business VoIP means that business VoIP has been feared for far too long. The benefits of business VoIP are undeniable. The functional difference in a company that utilizes business VoIP are huge. Business VoIP users can do things with their business VoIP communications system that non business VoIP users could only dream of. A business VoIP system will give a small business the ability to look like a big business. A business VoIP solution is so feature rich compared to it's PSTN counter part i personally have no idea why business VoIP does not inhabit every business. The only explanation for it is that there is so much fear that business VoIP technology is a fad that will go away or become illegal. Business VoIP is here to stay, no doubt about it. Even the large tier one providers seem to be resigned to the fact that business VoIP is going to reduce the amount of money to be had. There are even specialized business VoIP providers that provision nothing but business VoIP services. Even the fact that a business VoIP system offers so much and costs so little has not swayed more than two percent of business owners to move entirely to a business VoIP solution. One would think that halving call costs with business VoIP and doubling features with business VoIP would make the decision a no brainer. Again this can be put down to fear that moving to business VoIP will bring the sky falling down. For a business VoIP system to work does not involve a magical touch, just a bit of thought and perhaps some consultation with a person that has had a lot to do with business VoIP before. You do not need an aerospace engineering degree to get the benefits of business VoIP, nor do you need a dedicated IT department in your midst to maintain a business VoIP system. In summary business VoIP is nothing to be feared, indeed business VoIP must be embraced as business VoIP is the way of the future. No doubt we will see big moves toward business VoIP integration in the next year as business VoIP makes it's presence truly felt. As long as you remember business VoIP is your friend, business VoIP will pay huge dividends |
